As a Personal Trainer at The Arena, I specialise in strength, functional movement, and building confidence through structured, effective training. Sessions are designed to improve strength, mobility, and overall fitness while prioritising good technique and long-term health.

I work with clients of all abilities, adapting training to suit individual goals — whether that’s improving performance, returning to exercise safely, or feeling stronger in everyday life.
